Li Qiang said that the current international situation is intertwined and global development faces many risks and challenges. Only by strengthening open cooperation and mutual benefit and win-win results can we jointly promote the early recovery and steady growth of the world economy. Since the beginning of this year, China's economic performance has been generally stable, with steady progress. Recently, we have successively launched a package of incremental policies. Market confidence and expectations have been significantly enhanced. The momentum of economic recovery has become more obvious, and new economic momentum is accelerating growth and growth. We will continue to increase counter-cyclical adjustment efforts, make greater efforts in expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption, further comprehensively deepen reforms, unswervingly expand opening up to the outside world, promote the continued improvement of China's economy, and inject more impetus and certainty into world economic recovery and growth.
Li Qiang pointed out that China supports the continued expansion of the new bank and is willing to expand project and financing cooperation between the two sides to jointly contribute greater strength to the economic and social development of BRICS countries and developing countries. China is willing to strengthen cooperation with the World Bank in international development, loans, knowledge and other fields, and promote the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency of cooperation. China supports the WTO in carrying out necessary reforms, revitalizing the vitality of the multilateral trading system, and maintaining economic globalization and free trade. China is willing to deepen cooperation with the International Monetary Fund and make greater contributions in areas such as maintaining global financial stability, promoting common development, and addressing climate change.
The heads of the New Development Bank, the World Bank, the WTO, and the IMF spoke highly of China's important leading role in maintaining world peace and development and adhering to multilateralism, and said that China has taken powerful measures to promote economic growth, optimize the business environment, and expand opening up to the outside world, achieved remarkable results, and brought impetus and confidence to global economic growth.
